During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable room that was provided to me. The bed was cozy and it had a refrigerator which was perfect for keeping my drinks cold. The location of the hotel was great since it was close to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff also offered a shuttle service which was very convenient for me.
There were limited options available, which was not satisfying. The staff also did not seem very accommodating and was often absent from the front desk.

Osteria Centouno served dishes within 200 feet off the hotel. Great public transport connection - a subway station is really close to the venue. Nice comfy base for a trip in Rome: D

We loved the hotel's prime location next to the Metro train station, providing easy access to all parts of the city. It is also situated in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was spotless and had all necessary facilities available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to offer excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast spread was enjoyable, with various options to choose from.
Nothing to mention.

Excellent service at Reception, given map and highlighted attractions Arranged tickets for us
Breakfast is very basic! Only one small cup of coffee and tiny bowls for cereal. Loud road noise even with window closed but quiet enough between midnight at 7am In nice area but still fairly long walk from vatican etc

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms with their modern design and spacious bathrooms is impressive. Additionally, the location inside an office building in a quiet residential area adds to the charm of this hotel.
All was satisfactory, nothing to be improved upon.

Located in a typical Roma historic building but with well maintenance, nice interior design including public areas and small details, I like the old style but efficient swing door elevator. Clean, good services and delicious breakfast adequate for a 3 star hotel, will highly recommend to others.
better to have a glass door or sunken floor for shower area to prevent water spread out of the shower cubicle.
